岗位职责
- 开展SQA的相关流程合规性审查,最终产品的质量审核
- 制定，发布，并实现整个软件开发流程中综合的,分布式的应用
- 向最终产品进行定量项目管理，测量收集与分析，积极的风险管理和开发团队的根本原因分析
- 紧密配合最终产品的开发团队建立与供应商和制造商的程序和标准
- 参与通过定量测量采集分析和根本原因分析流程的不断改进。
任职要求要求
- 硕士或本科学历，电子工程，计算机工程，计算机科学或同等学历;
- 5-7年以上软件开发经验，在数字电视和/或STB含3年以上项目管理或SQA的经验
- 熟悉质量保证的工具和技术，错误跟踪系统，测试设计和执行经验熟悉不同的编程语言
- 熟悉与CMM/ CMMI相关的流程
- 熟练的口头和书面英语。
Job Description
- Conduct SQA related process compliance review final product quality audits as necessary
- Develops, publishes, and implements test plans for complex, distributed, applications throughout the full lifecycle of the software.
- Consult final product development team for quantitative project management, measurement collection & analysis, proactive risk management and root cause analysis
- Work closely with final product development team establishing process and criteria for supplier and contract manufacturer
- Participate in continuous process improvement through quantitative measurement collection & analysis and root cause analysis.
Requirement
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;
- 5-7 years software development experience in DTV and/or STB including 3 years experience in project management or SQA
- Familiar with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution experience working in a variety of programming languages and environments
- Familiar with CMM/CMMI complied delivery process.
- Skillful in both verbal and written English.
