接修一台天诚TCD-759卫星接收机,故障为三无,即无电源指示,无屏显,无声无图输出。[b]

离病灶不远了,顺着线路测量至排线,发现电压正常中。莫非接插件有问题?包括主板连接处也查过了,没发现问题。插回接插件,量其电压,仍旧是0.6V!又顺着刚才的路线一路查至电源板接插件的8份之一瓦/2.2欧的限流电阻,另一端的电压为0.6V。拆下该电阻(电源板接插件旁)测量,阻值已增至2K多。随手换上一只1瓦/2.2欧的电阻[u](也可以直接短路该电阻,天诚厂发现此问题后立马改板,已去掉此电阻)[/u],通电,机器启动了。[b] [URL=http://www.dumpt.com/img/viewer.php?file=ygcr657z2c21obn333zq.jpg][IMG]http://www.dumpt.com/img/files/ygcr657z2c21obn333zq_thumb.jpg[/IMG][/URL]
原因是CPU的工作电流较大,而原限流电阻的功率过小,久而久之,阻值起了较大的变化(老化),造成3.3V下降至0.6V,最后发生了故障。
